Episode 5: Empowering the hybrid workforce via the cloud

Overview

According to Adobe's Future of Time research, most enterprise workers spend too much time on tasks that get in the way of doing their jobs effectively. And they’re hungry for technology to unlock new choices for how they use their time to work, learn, and play.

That's why it's critical to give employees modern tools to collaborate seamlessly, no matter where the team is or what device they're using.
"Employees need the right tooling to be successful in both worlds, to keep [remote] workers productive but also to foster better collaboration within the office," said Cynthia Stoddard, CIO of Adobe. "In my organization, we want to have cloud-like characteristics in our DNA, meaning that we're easy to work with and we structure what we do in a self-service way. This cloud-like mindset helps us think about how we can enable the organization to work in a different way, with different tools, and be creative."

On this episode of The New Work, we explore the foundational IT components required to meet the changing expectations and diverse workstyles of a multi-generational workforce.
